Auditing safe systems of work in facilities management
Background
A Methodist church relying heavily on volunteers to help with the facilities management. Rented out site based flats, office space and to many charity / volunteer organisations.
Problem
- Not fully aware of legal obligation
- Open to potential litigation should an accident happen

- Church more aware of legal obligations, able to step by step improve systems, continually improving and educating / developing staff / volunteers
- Has documented evidence of procedures
- Annual audits now taking place
- Had competent advice to turn to
